Facts on bears

Here are some interesting facts on bears:

• Bears eyesight is just as good as human eyesight
• Bears can smell up to 20 mi. away!
• The Latin name for Grizzly bear is ursus arctos horribilis which means bear bear that is horrible!
• Bears are one of the smartest animals on the American continent 
• They, with time, can figure out how to penetrate supposedly "bear proof" trash cans, open doors, etc.
• If you ever encounter a bear climbing a tree will not do much good because a bear can climb a tree better than you!
• Polar bears and grizzly bears can breed and make a "Pizzly bear!"
•

Beartongues!

This picture is called Beartongues and my brother and I drew it a while a go.
The reason we called it Beartongues is because the program that we were using had a thing that could change the colors really fast kind of like a light show; anyway when we turned that on for this picture we thought it looked like bears sticking their tongues out in a circle.

see what you think, did we name it right or wrong?

Here are some funny things that bears might do:

• Drop the honey and stick to the floor
• Think they caught a fish when they actually just caught a fishing hook
• Accidentally sticking the honey to the ceiling so they can't find it 
• Drop a rock on what they think is a baby bear and say they're sorry when it's actually just a teddy bear
• Attack a different bear when it's just a teddy bear

I love the growly pictures of course. 

I love the space needle picture, and I like all the others because of other reasons.

 I love the black hole picture, the volcano, and  the buffe too!

we went to a bear fair!  There were real stuffed bears there, bear claws*, bear traps, bear games, bear stuff, and a raffle**!
